• Cancellation fee may apply if driver is en route or after 2 minutes

Driver Cancellation

• Driver may cancel if passenger is absent
• Driver may cancel if situation is unsafe or pickup details are incorrect

No-Show Policy

If the passenger does not appear within 5 minutes at the pickup location, a cancellation fee may apply.
