1. Parties

This agreement is between Pikpalvelu Oy ("Platform") and the independent driver ("Driver").

2. Independent Contractor

Driver is not an employee of PikGo and is responsible for:

• Taxes
• Vehicle and passenger insurance
• Pension contributions

3. Licensing

• Driver must hold a valid Finnish taxi license
• Must comply with Taxi Transport Act 2018 and Traficom regulations

4. Platform Use

• Accept ride requests in good faith
• Provide safe and professional service
• Maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness

5. Payments

• Platform deducts commission from fares
• Payments processed weekly
• Driver responsible for VAT and taxes

6. Ratings & Suspension

Misconduct, repeated complaints, or low ratings may lead to temporary or permanent suspension.

7. Liability

Drivers are responsible for the services provided to passengers.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
