PikGo is operated by Pikpalvelu Oy, Vuorikummuntie 2 A 4, 00390 Helsinki, Finland. We act as a platform connecting riders with independent drivers.

2. Scope of Service

We do not provide transportation directly. Drivers are independent contractors, licensed and responsible for their own compliance under Finnish law (Taxi Transport Act 2018).

3. User Accounts

• Must be 18+
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain login confidentiality
• Violation may result in suspension

4. Driver Status

• Independent entrepreneur
• Must hold valid taxi license
• Responsible for taxes, insurance, and legal compliance

5. Booking & Payment

• Prices shown before booking
• Payments processed via Stripe
• Additional charges may apply (waiting time, cleaning, damages)

6. Cancellation

• Riders: free cancellation within a short period, fees may apply afterward
• Drivers: cancellation allowed if passenger is absent or the situation is unsafe

7. Conduct

• Users must respect others
• No illegal activity is permitted
• Violation may lead to account suspension

8. Ratings & Feedback

Low ratings, repeated complaints, or misconduct may lead to account suspension or termination.

9. Liability

PikGo operates solely as a platform connecting riders and drivers. We are not liable for the actions of independent drivers except where required by Finnish law.

10. Insurance

Drivers are responsible for maintaining all required insurance in accordance with Finnish regulations.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Users should first contact customer support
• Finnish law applies
• Jurisdiction: Helsinki District Court

12. Changes

Updates will be published on the website or application. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.
