  • Driver no-show

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Completed rides without valid complaint
  • Late cancellations
  • Delays outside driver control

3. Partial Refunds

  • Route deviation
  • Waiting charges
  • Service dissatisfaction

4. Refund Process

  • Submit request within 14 days to info@pikgo.fi
  • Decision within 7–14 business days
  • Refund issued to original payment method (Stripe)
